FT = Favor Tags
I have in my mind the perfect size favor tag for my favor bags, and no one seems to carry tags as small as I want them (1"x1"). So, I decided to make them myself. I went to Walmart and bought a paper cutter and black scrapbooking paper. This is no ordinary paper cutter mind you. The blade slides on tracks rather than pulling down a lever. I feel as though I'm getting a straighter cut this way. Then I went Michaels and bought a white fine edged paint pen and a heart shaped hole puncher. And Viola! My Favor Tags:
I have completely finished 62 bags, 47 more labels, and 20 strands of red ribbon ready for action. I am starting this project early so that I'll be able to take breaks and not get burned out while on this project!
FT = Full Time
As many of you know, I have been searching for full time work since I've returned to Duluth. I have managed to obtain three part time jobs, and would have started a fourth next week, until I got that blessed phone call from Beacon Bank today telling me they want to hire me as a full time teller. I'm very excited! I start training on Monday, and needless to say, this is a huge answer to prayer.
